Club rides

Weekly rides will be announced at a later date.. 

Rides are typically "show and go" rides, meaning whoever shows up will choose how far and where to ride. These rides are for ALL members. No level of riding skill is required. Wear a helmet. Children must be accompanied by an adult family member.

(Note:  The club does not formally organize anything for these events.  This list is simply provided as a resource.  More events will be added as they are found.  However, club members are certainly welcome to make plans with other members to ride these if they wish.)


May 27-28, 2023 - Pedaler's Jamboree.  A two-day bicycle ride and music festival on the Katy State Trail in mid-Missouri.

June 4-10, 2023 - Bike Ride Across Nebraska. BRAN offers small town hospitality and the beauty of the rolling terrain on the great plains through Nebraska.

June 4-9, 2023 - RASDak (Ride Across South Dakota)

June 10-17, 2023 - Biking Across Kansas. Bicycle across Kansas in eight days, from the Colorado to the Missouri state lines.

June 17-24-2023 - Ride the Fault Line.  Ride portions of Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Tennessee in 7 days.  Experience earthquake, river, and Civil War history with a helping of southern hospitality.

June 20-25, 2023 - Tour de Nebraska. A fully sagged, 5-day bicycle tour, pedaling through beautiful, scenic rural Nebraska every year in June.  The 2023 ride will visit Columbus, Albion, and Norfolk in northeast Nebraska.

August 5, 2023 - Dairyland Dare.  Set in southwest Wisconsin near Dodgeville, the land untouched by glacial flattening during the last ice age, the Dairyland Dare offers some of the most extreme hills in the Midwest. Distances are 50K, 100K, 150K, or 200K.

August 17-20 - Bicycling Around Minnesota.  The 2023 ride will explore southeastern Minnesota's bluff country.

August 19-20, 2023 - Bike Van Buren.  A two-day bicycle tour of the Villages of Van Buren County in southeastern Iowa.  The route is given to riders upon check-in on the morning of the ride.

October 2, 2023 - Tour De Bass.  Distances from 17 to 100 miles in the Springfield, MO area.

Big BAM rides on the Katy Trail across mid-Missouri.  June 5-10 and October 9-14, 2023

Bike Wisconsin and Bicycle Illinois offer several events in their respective states.

TOMRV (Tour of the Mississippi River Valley).  2022 was the final year for this hilly ride in the Quad Cities IA/IL and Dubuque IA/IL/WI area.  Several club members have enjoyed riding this in past years.
